The Gelato Bar, nestled in the heart of Bandra, was born in 2023 from Chef Rachi's inspiration during her 2022 trip to Italy. Fueled by a passion for authentic Italian gelato, Chef Rachi sourced local ingredients to bring the warmth and variety of Italy to the people of Mumbai.

Our aim was to forge an identity that mirrors the essence of gelato – a cold cuddle with a warm core. This philosophy permeates our logo, visual identity, design, and communication, creating a fun-loving, inviting brand.
The Gelato Bar set out to craft authentic Italian gelato without resorting to artificial flavors or premixes, using real and locally sourced ingredients.
